xxxviii, 236 (8). Buhler spent 25 years with the three surviving copies of Scropes' translation (circa 1440) to work out this complete typescript with all annotations. There are over 35 manuscripts of the original French work and the conclusion is that the Scopes translation is a good rendering into English with a few errors made in copying. DJ shows rubbing.
